Pick up of Items will be: May 17th from 10 AM to 5 PM and May 18th from 2 PM to 5 PM. 10% buyer’s fee plus sales tax added to the final bid price. 3.5% convenience fee for credit/debit card purchases. Payments accepted during scheduled pick up: cash, check, or credit/debit card. Full terms listed with each item. There will be a 10% buyer premium and sales tax added to the final bid price. The buyer’s fee is taxable if the item is taxable. All items must be paid for prior to removing them from the premises. The winning bidder is in charge of pick up on the date listed. Shipping is not available. There will be no help available for loading. Please bring your own boxes/totes to load your items in; auction lots will not be boxed ahead of time. Items need to be picked up during scheduled pickup times. Any items not picked up will be charged a MINIMUM of $20 to transport back to O’Connor Auction Group business office. Any items remaining after 30 days of auction close are considered forfeited and become property of O’Connor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
