Any invoice which is not paid by the end of the scheduled pickup will be in default. Upon default the bidder will be black listed on O’Connor Auction Group auctions and will be charged 25% of bid price or $500, whichever is greater, and the merchandise will be forfeited back to O’Connor Auction Group. Accepted payment types will be cash, good personal check, and credit/debit card. We Reserve the right to hold merchandise until checks are approved by your bank.
