Online Auction Terms & Conditions PLEASE READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRIOR TO PLACING A BID. BIDDING ON ANY ITEM ENTERS THE BIDDER INTO A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH O’CONNOR SALES AND REALTY, INC., dba O’CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. There will be a 10% buyer premium and sales tax added to the final bid price. The buyer’s fee is taxable if the item is taxable. There will be a 3.5% convenience fee for all credit/debit card purchases. All items will be sold “as is, where is”. The bidder is responsible for examining all items. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No credits or refunds will be given. All items must be paid for prior to removing them from the premises. The winning bidder is in charge of pick up on the date listed. Shipping is not available. There will be no help available for loading. Please bring your own boxes/totes to load your items in; auction lots will not be boxed ahead of time. Items need to be picked up during scheduled pickup times. Any items not picked up will be charged TO THE CARD ON FILE AND a MINIMUM of $20 to transport back to O’Connor Auction Group business office. Any items remaining after 30 days of auction close are considered forfeited and become property of O’Connor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
